Silicone rubber separators are typically used for the separation of crushed mixed materials. They remove silicone rubber, rubber, wood, adhesive paper, cotton lint, lightweight materials, and dust from the crushed plastics, thereby recovering clean plastics. The principle of silicone rubber separation is based on the differences in friction coefficients and collision coefficients of various components in the mixed solid waste. When they move on an inclined plane or collide and bounce off the inclined plane, different movement speeds and bouncing trajectories are generated, achieving the separation of plastics from silicone rubber. The removal efficiency can reach up to 99%.

All mixed crushed plastic raw materials contain varying amounts of silicone rubber. If not removed, the regenerated plastics will have pores within the plastic particles, affecting their performance. Therefore, silicone rubber separators have become a standard equipment in the separation industry.

What is the principle of electrostatic separation? Electrostatic separators utilize the differences in static electricity generated by different types of plastics through heating and friction. This equipment separates 2-5 categories of mixed plastics using an electrostatic method.

The sorting purity of the crushed material can reach over 98%, and the second round of sorting can achieve a purity of up to 99%. Not only does it have high sorting purity, but it also operates at a fast sorting speed, capable of sorting 1-3 tons of crushed materials per hour.
