The Wandful horizontal plastic dewatering machine is a device that automatically feeds and dehydrates plastic after crushing and cleaning. It is mainly used for the final process of recycling various recycled plastics, such as PP sheets, polypropylene spin-drying, slicing materials, PE pellets, etc., after coarse washing, crushing, and rinsing, replacing manual retrieval. It features an automatic high-speed dehydration function with a dehydration rate of up to 98%. This achieves significant goals such as saving labor, improving cleaning quality, and reducing power consumption. It can also be paired with an automatic conveying device, forming a higher-level automated plastic material separation production line in conjunction with the electrostatic sorting line.

 

As professionals in the industry know, the cleaning and flotation process of plastic particles or crushed materials involves a significant amount of saline or acid-base solution. When a large amount of saline or acid-base solution enters the plastic particle dewatering machine, the corrosion of the machine cannot be ignored.
