Principle of WandeFu Vertical Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator is suitable for elevating materials from low to high. The supplied materials are automatically transported upward once they are fed into the hopper through a vibrating table. The conveying speed can be adjusted based on the throughput, and the lifting height can be selected as needed. The buckets are custom-designed and made, and the use of non-toxic PP buckets makes this type of bucket elevator more widely applicable. All sizes are designed and manufactured according to actual requirements, suitable for vertical packaging machines, computerized measuring machines, and suitable for lifting and feeding products in various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, screws, nuts, and more.
Types and Applications of WandeFu Vertical Bucket Elevators
Bucket elevators are divided into belt bucket elevators, chain bucket elevators, and plate chain bucket elevators. A vertical bucket elevator continuously conveys materials on the traction components such as belts or chains. It is used for transporting bulk or fragmented materials in the vertical direction or near-vertical direction with a large inclination angle. It features a simple structure, small footprint, high lifting height, stable operation, low noise, and fast speed. It is widely used in recycling resources, plastic modification, grain industry, mining, cement, casting, chemical industry, and other sectors.
Components of WandeFu Vertical Bucket Elevator
It consists of a head section, casing, lifting bucket, guard plate, end cover, receiving bucket, drive device, and support device. The head section is the upper part of the entire bucket elevator, typically including a motor, reducer, and hydraulic coupler as the driving equipment. The casing is the fixed part of the lifting bucket, usually made of welded steel plate, providing stability and durability. The lifting bucket is the part responsible for transporting materials, made of folded plates with curved baffles to ensure smooth lifting of materials. The guard plate is used to protect the lifting bucket and casing, preventing material leakage and the entry of foreign objects. The end cover is used to secure the guard plate and lifting bucket, ensuring smooth material infeed and discharge. The receiving bucket is used to collect materials from the lifting bucket and facilitate unloading. The drive device typically includes a motor, gears, and chains, which rotate the head section and move the lifting bucket up or down. The support device is used to support the overall structure of the bucket elevator, ensuring its stable operation."
