In 2022, Lenovo Group used plastics with ocean plastic content weighing close to 10.8 tons in their products, with a net weight of approximately 540 kilograms of ocean plastics. This is equivalent to recovering 600,000 500ml mineral water bottles from the ocean.

Wang Huiwen, Vice President of Lenovo Group and Chief Quality Officer for Computers and Smart Devices, stated that Lenovo has made many explorations in controlling plastic pollution at its source through green product design and the use of closed-loop recycled plastics. Lenovo is committed to ensuring that 100% of its computer products contain recycled plastics by 2025, with a cumulative usage of up to 130,000 tons.

HP plans to achieve a 75% resource utilization rate in its products and packaging by 2030. They will use renewable and recyclable materials in product design, such as using ocean-recovered plastics to manufacture computer components, printer toner cartridges, and ink cartridges. They also focus on the circular recycling of printing consumables and hardware.

Dell plans that by 2030, every Dell product purchased by customers will contain reused or equivalent recycled materials. Product packaging will be made entirely from recycled materials, and over 50% of the products will be made using "recycled or renewable materials." Their latest Latitude 5000 series laptop covers are made of 71% recyclable and renewable materials, with 30% post-consumer recycled plastics and 28% ocean plastics used in the fan housing.

In 2022, Samsung's product line will be equipped with SolarCell remote controls made from recycled materials, which can also be used in the brand's TVs and displays.
